I love the diversity of Pixar, and everyone coming together like a family. When we are working on different films, it's so cool to see people discussing animation by the cafe or reviewing scenes in a theater. All in all, it's a great experience working there and barely feels like a job. It's more of an experience.
One thing that I don't like about Pixar is the lack of opportunity for promotions. Sometimes it doesn't really feel like you're progressing, and instead just doing the same continuous cycle through each production.
One of the really cool perks about working at Pixar is that when you get an office, they don't really have rules about what you can do, which gives you creative freedom for your personal space. I've walked around different places and seen some very interesting and unique works of art within peoples' offices, such as fun paint or bold, abstract artwork.
