Pros of working at Pixelle Specialty Solutions

Being able to contribute to bloated profits and huge managerial bonuses by working short handed and figuring out how to make outdated improperly maintenanced equipment work.

Cons of working at Pixelle Specialty Solutions

Being forced to work seven day a week swing shift, with no days off, no sick days, being denied vacation time on a regular basis, and having my health benefits diminish yearly
