Craig Bandes, 51, has been President & CEO of Pixelligent Technologies since 2009. He has over 25 years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and angel investor, building companies in the technology, defense and professional services industries. As CEO, Craig has led Pixelligent through a successful plan of reorganization, raised over $50M in equity, secured $15M+ in U.S. government grants, and established the Company as the technology leader for High-Index materials. Prior to Pixelligent, he was the President & CEO of Global Secure Corp, a company focused on providing software, training, and equipment solutions for the homeland security market. Global Secure grew from a start-up to operations in 4 states, with over 200 employees, and completed 3 acquisitions before it was acquired in 2008. He has negotiated over $300 million in transactions, completing financings, acquisitions and strategic partnerships in the US, Asia and Europe. Craig sits on the Board of Directors of Pixelligent, is a member of the NanoBusiness Alliance Advisory Board, and received degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.Specialties: Building and restructuring technology-based, services-based, and manufacturing companies; Recruiting and building management teams and Boards; Raising equity and debt capital; Negotiating strategic acquisitions, investments and partnerships; Developing and implementing acquisition integration plans.

Business partner and finance leader with over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, and operations in chemical manufacturing companies. Company experience includes early stage venture-backed companies and global publicly traded organizations. Experienced in building and managing small and large cross-functional teams and adept at understanding highly technical products and their commercialization timelines and growth opportunities. Systems experience includes SAP, BPC, BW, and QuickBooks.
