Qualifications & Skills:
Self-motivated/managed - able to work within a specific schedule and multi task as you will work overnight and early morning hours with little or no supervision.
Able to handle physical requirements - This position requires bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working at a fast pace for eight hours or more at a time.
Highly trainable/coachable - You will also be required to take direction and adjust to changing par levels. Respond to training that ensures ability to use and learn to use a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools.
Possess basic reading, and math skills.
Good communication & customer service skills - You will provide excellent customer service by interacting with the public in a friendly, upbeat and outgoing manner.
Flexibility/Desire to Learn other Functions/Positions - Bakers will be required to work in other positions inside the operation and be relied on to work other positions as needed.
