The main focus of this position will be the cleaning and maintenance upkeep for all the stores in the market. That will entail fixing and cleaning all machines at each store, as well as handling and reporting on the weekly, monthly, and semi annual tasks needed to ensure we are operational and as tidy as possible! You will also be required to learn some of the basic operational tasks for the store depending on your availability. Wage: $18-$20 * Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service. * Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. * Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service. * Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. * Estimate food and beverage costs.
