Seasoned management executive with a deep Financial Services and technology background. Strong expertise in organizational management, technology leadership, strategic execution, senior client engagement and public speaking. Extensive professional career in senior technology and Investment Banking front office roles. Drives organizational change for new technology adoption, workforce productivity and collaboration working with stakeholders and key business partners. Strong leadership skills while maintaining a positive, engaging and highly collaborative work culture.

Andrew Fascia is Chief Financial Officer. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2020.

With 15 years of experience, Mr. Fascia manages the accounting and finance functions along with the firm’s tax compliance and internal control structure.

Prior to PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Fascia was the CFO at Greentech Capital Advisors. He began his career in audit at Ernst & Young before joining Citadel Investment Group as an Associate in 2010.

Mr. Fascia holds a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and a BS in Finance from Providence College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a FINRA Series 27 license.

Cathleen C. Mack is Chief Compliance Officer. She joined PJ SOLOMON in 2019.

Ms. Mack joined from UBS Securities LLC, where she served as Executive Director in business risk management for 15 years. She focused on conflict clearance, anti-money laundering / client onboarding, and business and operational risk. Prior to UBS, Ms. Mack spent more than five years in various roles at Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Mack holds a BS in physics from Seton Hall University.

Cosmo J. Occhiogrosso is Vice President, Finance and joined the firm in 2015.

In addition to his work with PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Occhiogrosso has owned and operated accounting firm, CJO Consulting for the past twenty years. Prior to that he served as a Principal & MIS Director at Phillips Gold & Company, LLP, CPAs in New York. He has extensive experience in public accounting as well as microcomputer systems architecture, design and implementation.

Mr. Occhiogrosso received a joint BA and MBA in public accounting from Pace University. He also received an MBA in computer science from Bernard M. Baruch College.

Kenneth Baronoff is President of PJ SOLOMON. He joined the firm in 1999.

Mr. Baronoff has more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He has advised numerous Special Committees and Boards of Directors including ACS, Atari, Caleres, Claire’s Stores Inc., Finish Line, Inc., Gerber Technology, Grand Toys, Guitar Center, Gymboree Corporation, Caesar’s, Henry Schein, Instinet Group, Marvel Enterprises, May Department Stores, Panavision, Planvista, Pope Resources, Publishers Clearing House, S&C Electric Company, School of Visual Arts, Sharper Image, W.P. Carey and Viacom.

Mr. Baronoff also advised the London Stock Exchange in its purchase of the Frank Russell Company, Nutraceutical Corporation in its sale to HGGC, Parlux in its sale to Perfumania, Charlotte Russe in its sale to Advent International, Del Laboratories in its sale to Kelso & Co., Twin Laboratories in its sale to IdeaSphere, Randa Corporation in numerous buyside engagements and the pilot groups of both Northwest Airlines and Continental Airlines in the restructuring of each of these airlines’ cost structures.

Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Baronoff was head of M&A at Barington Capital Group. He began his career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he practiced corporate law before joining Salomon Brothers as an Associate in its M&A department.

Mr. Baronoff holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BS, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
