PJM Interconnection CEO and leadership

O'Hara has been named Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. He oversees PJM's Compliance & Reliability Standards and Law Departments and is responsible for PJM's legal operations, including all of the company's regulatory, litigation and commercial needs.

Before joining PJM in 2017, O'Hara had extensive in-house and private law firm experience in the energy field. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland.

Ms. Drauschak is responsible for PJM’s budget and analysis, controllership, financial reporting, payroll, tax records, market settlements, procurement and treasury functions. She oversees the formulation of long-range financial strategies and business plans to achieve PJM’s business goals.

Ms. Drauschak has two decades of experience in financial management. Since joining PJM in 1999, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including tax strategies, streamlining and managing costs, and led the successful completion of PJM’s SOC 1 audit with no reportable exceptions. She interacts with the Competitive Markets Committee, Risk and Audit Committee, and Finance Committee of the PJM Board of Managers as well as various stakeholder groups at PJM.

Prior to joining PJM, Ms. Drauschak worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Advanta Financial Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Villanova University.

Mr. O’Brien is responsible for all activities related to PJM’s Information Technology Services Division and its enterprise information security. He is also the executive sponsor of the PJM Diversity & Inclusion Council. Additionally, Mr. O’Brien sits on the board of PJM Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of PJM, and on the Eastern Interconnection Data Sharing Network Board of Directors.

Mr. O’Brien is an energy professional with more than 30 years of broad experience in all aspects of the electricity industry. Previously, Mr. O’Brien was employed by GPU Energy and First Energy Solutions, leading and participating in deregulation, energy trading and system operations activities.

Dr. Paul Sotkiewicz M. is a Chief Economist at PJM Interconnection and is based in United States.

Ian McLeod is a Chief Communications Officer at PJM Interconnection. He has worked as Manager of Executive Communications at Tennessee Valley Authority and Sr. Advisor to Chief Operating Officer at Tennessee Valley Authority. Ian attended 5280 Solutions and The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
