Spencer Kupferman joined Global Software, Inc. in 1996 as a Marketing Analyst where he quickly advanced and held multiple positions throuhout the organization.

20 year software veteran with proven success of building and growing global sales organizations. Expertise includes end to end sales execution, launching and managing joint development initiatives between technology companies, and establishing ecosystem partnerships. Track record of leading organizations through unprecedented growth to position for acquisition.

Experienced software leader with a demonstrated history of success working in product development, information technology services, and interactive marketing industries. With experience ranging from developer to architect to business development and sales to executive management, I am seasoned in every aspect of bringing technology to market. I've brought leadership and expertise to companies ranging in size from Fortune 100 down to three-person startups.

I believe strongly in lean/agile software development principles, and ensure that my teams are empowered to make decisions about the direction of software projects and products. User-driven requirements are a must for my teams, and I am passionate about UX research and design. I'm currently looking to build a new team at PKWARE with the task of developing a new product and bringing it to market.

We are based in Milwaukee, WI with offices in Dayton, OH, New York City and London.

My specialties include: agile/lean/scrum, software development and architecture, team leadership and management, product development, product management, business development, partner relationship management, and I'm also a pretty good curler. I'm a proud Badger with my bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in Information Systems - Analysis and Design.
