Pros of working at PL Developments

The people are really great and the health insurance and benefits are really good.

Cons of working at PL Developments

Pay is lower and climbing the ladder is difficult. Also, get a lot of responsibilities with little to no pay increase.

PL Developments benefits

Health insurance.

What do you like best about PL Developments's CEO and the leadership team?

Too many projects occur at the same time and too many things have to come together to make them each a success in a short amount of time. Always planning and sticking to the most optimistic timeline is a recipe for failure.

How would you improve PL Developments's culture?

Limit the amount of projects and/or increase pay to industry norms.

How did you prepare for the PL Developments interview?

I looked up small interview questions and rehearsed my answers to the questions.
