Position Responsibilities
Deliver profitable construction projects ranging from $15 million to $50 million or more preferred
Coordinate with the Assistant Project Manager to set-up Contracts/P.O.'s, required testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, project schedule
Coordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, project scope, potential problems such as critical items and/or special hazards
Execute owner contract as may be required
Execute and track critical path submittals
Set times for the weekly site meetings and monthly progress meetings
Overall project review throughout the project on budgets and schedule
Verify all testing/inspections have been completed and meet specifications
Prepare project meeting agenda and meeting minutes
Work with the AP/AR Manager to process owner and subcontractor billings, approve codes and their amounts, and release subcontractors after owner payment
Final punch and close-out preparation for final billings, O & M Manuals, punch out completion, substantial completion signed, final inspection, occupancy certificates with the City and/or State
Minimum Qualifications
A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred
Five or more years of experience in ground up commercial construction
Experience with technology: ProCore, Timberline, SmartSheets, BlueBeam

Your Purpose:

Contract Negotiation & Management:
Support multiple client groups, specifically the Operations, Development Construction, and Technology functions.
Draft, negotiate and manage complex construction, maintenance and joint facility agreements in support of Brightline's operations and the expansion and maintenance of Brightline facilities. Brightline shares its rail corridor with Florida East Coast Railway and the SFRTA. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating joint facilities agreements, construction and maintenance agreements, and amendments to existing agreements Support the Operating Department with the negotiation of schedules, maintenance activities, and capital planning.
Draft, negotiate and manage IT and software‑related agreements, including SaaS, cloud computing, software licensing, hardware procurement, managed services, and technology consulting contracts. Ensure technology agreements address intellectual property rights, service levels, data security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
Compliance with Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Laws: Advise on compliance with applicable data privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and export control requirements. Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines for technology transactions.
Contract Counseling and Enforcement: Provide contract interpretation and advice to our business teams in administering and enforcing construction, maintenance, joint facilities and technology agreements. Your Role at KIK
The Plant General Manager for Household will be accountable for the successful operation of a multi-product manufacturing facility (bleach, laundry, window wash, and/or cleaners) with an annual throughput of 3-15 million bottles. Reporting to the Household Vice President of Operations, the Plant General Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust operating model and positive winning culture centered around safety, employee engagement, productivity, reliability and quality while meeting throughput and conversion cost per unit expectations. What You'll Be Doing
Establishment and Continuous Reinforcement of Plant Culture

Drive safety as the number one priority within the plant
Establish and foster a plant culture of teamwork, collaboration and engagement, ensuring employees have clear direction, frequent communication, recognition and accountability for results.

Ensure plant shift schedules are established to achieve production requirements while maintaining employee engagement and regulatory/customer compliance
Drive quality excellence, ensuring all products meet quality standards with no withdrawals or recalls
Define and champion the identification and proposal of CAPEX project. Ensure projects are actively managed to ensure timely and effective implementation
Identify and implement initiatives for rationalization, efficiency, process simplification, consistency improvements and enhance operational agility

Hire, grow and develop production staff and continuously increase plant top talent
