We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company's talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with using HR software and tools.
You should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team's agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like a collection of employee feedback
Support other functions as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)
Ability to work with ATS software
In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
Familiarity with social media recruiting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Good organizational and time management skills
CIPD certification is an advantage
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus

Job Purpose

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintain Dana's warranty and product support function to OEM's and customers.

* Answer and respond to real time support / incoming phone calls to warranty department
* Process carrier core returns for refunds.
* Respond to e-mails for E-warranty claims.
* Process new banking information for ACH payments to dealers.
* Process/start customer warranty claims real time via phone or email.
* Authorize and track part returns for analysis.
* Administer Dana Truck Component product warranties per published guidelines.
* Reporting early warning signs of increasing failure modes to warranty management.
Education and Qualifications
* Automotive Technology degree is preferred/associate's degree in mechanical engineering/mechanical engineering technology or may consider equivalent education and experience.

The primary role of the Healthcare Coordinator (HC) is to partner with supported Dentists to help gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the best course of treatment with urgency. Key responsibilities include understanding and utilizing financial options to support case acceptance, educating patients on treatment choices, overcoming common patient objections, and proactively keeping Dentist's schedules productive. The Healthcare Coordinator should support each patient in a consultative and educational manner while consistently supporting a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
Responsibilities
* Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
* Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing for their patient
* Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs
* Executes the HC Handoff in partnership with each clinician on every exam patient
* Subject Matter Expert on all available financial options to give patients choices to start dentistry that fits in their budget
* Professionally overcome common patient objections to starting treatment
* Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations for patients who need this prior to completing treatment
* Ensure the office is exemplifying the Comprehensive Care Model within the offices as well as referrals outside the office
* Active participant in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings and any other meetings as required
* Thorough understanding of business imperatives and how the role directly impacts metrics and results
* Demonstrates stewardship of the PDS Brand making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework
* Becomes knowledgeable on the Mouth Body Connection and supports clinical excellence through comprehensive patient care
* Maintains an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies; addresses others professionally and respectfully always
* Ensures Compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal and other regulatory bodies

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Travel might be required between offices
