This is a part-time position with varying shifts ranging from 3 to 7 hours per day. Key Responsibilities: ● Monitor swimming areas to maintain a safe environment for all patrons. ● Enforce all pool rules, regulations, and safety procedures. ● Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies using effective lifeguard techniques. ● Provide first aid, CPR, or other lifesaving measures as needed. ● Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in and around the pool area. ● Conduct regular safety checks of pool facilities and equipment. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and rescue techniques. Qualifications: ● Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized agency (e.g., American Red Cross). ● Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification. ● Strong observation and communication skills. ● Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm in stressful situations. ● Must be at least 16 years of age.
