Prior to this position, Bourdon was group senior vice president of NGL and Natural Gas Marketing, Petrochemical, Refined Products & Marine Services at Enterprise Products Partners, LP, where he served in several senior management positions since joining in 2003. He also held leadership positions at Orion Refining Corporation, En*Vantage, PG&E Gas Transmission and Valero.

Robert Phillips was appointed Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crestwood Gas Services GP LLC in October 2010 and of Crestwood Equity GP LLC (formerly Inergy GP, LLC) and Crestwood Midstream GP LLC (formerly NRGM GP, LLC) in June 2013. Phillips was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. He has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P., and he was the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eastex Energy, Inc. Phillips has previously served as a director and a member of the audit committee of Pride International, Inc. and as a director of Enterprise Products Partners L.P. and Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. He is currently serving on the board of directors of Bonavista Energy Corporation (TSX:BNP).

Grant E. Sims has served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of our general partner since August 2006 and Chairman of the Board of our general partner since October 2012. Mr. Sims was affiliated with Leviathan Gas Pipeline Partners, LP from 1992 to 1999, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a director beginning in 1993 until he left to pursue personal interests, including investments. Leviathan (subsequently known as El Paso Energy Partners, L.P. and then GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P.) was a NYSE listed master limited partnership. Mr. Sims has an established track record of developing strong companies and has led his companies through a period of substantial growth while increasing geographic and operational diversity. Mr. Sims provides leadership skills, executive management experience and significant knowledge of our business environment, which he has gained through his vast experience with other MLPs.

Michael N. Mears currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer and has served in such capacities since 2011. He was previously Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2011. From 2002 to 2007, he served as VP, Transportation and then as SVP, Terminals and Transportation from 2007 until 2008. Prior to joining Magellan in 2003, Mr. Mears served as a VP of subsidiaries of Williams from 1996 to 2003. He also worked in various management positions with Williams Pipe Line Company (now known as Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P.) since joining Williams in 1985.

Bradley 'Brad' Barron is a Board Member at NUSTAR ENERGY L.P.; Secretary at Kaneb Terminals Eastham Ltd; and President/CEO at Nustar GP Holdings, LLC and is based in San Antonio, Texas. He has worked as Senior Counsel at Valero Energy; VP/Secretary/Gen Counsel at Nustar GP Holdings, LLC; and Executive VP/General Counsel at Nustar GP Holdings, LLC. Bradley works or has worked at Vinson & Elkins. He studied at University of Texas School of Law between 1988 and 1991, TTU between 1984 and 1988, and St. John's College between 1996 and 1998.
