The Daytime Custodian will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. Key Responsibilities * The duties of a Collections Specialist include collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. * Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. This includes communal spaces as well as your assigned area. Ensuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule. Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.
