Great environment, amazing staff members
The pay
I can give a one free membership to anyone I want
The benefits and coworkers are nice. Management and members are not.
upper management is consistently more concerned with with appearances rather than function. I was berated and denied a promotion because I sat down at the front desk. I had performed all my necessary duties, the gym was clean, and I suffer from knee issues. Management did not care and i received a written warning because I sat down.
The free membership is nice
I liked the benefits that came with the job, as well as most of the people I worked with.
I did not like how unreasonable the hours were. They tried to make me work full time when I asked to work part-time.
My favorite benefit was the free gym membership.
It's a fun environment with coworkers and members alike.
There's not much chance or room for growth.
I'm able to provide excellent customer service to members, help them with signing up and addressing possible concerns. Members leave feeling good about themselves and I get to witness their progress in their fitness journeys.
The hours are few and far between and the pay rate is too low to sustain myself. The position I have in this company also has little to do with my college degree in International Relations.

What I liked about being apart of Planet Fitness was being able to interact with customers regularly, by doing so, I was able to improve my communication skills.
My hours weren’t fairly flexible which caused inconsistency with my schedule.

As the regional trainer of the south side of Atlanta the company vehicle is a nice perk
Its easy, I enjoy the people I work with and free membership.
High turnover rate, part-time only, not great pay.

Equipment, the honeys. They have a great floor for an healthy workout and a great opportunity to expand professional relationships.
Litter in the parking lot. The place is attractive and clean, some people are litter bugs at the bus stops and parking lot.
Competition. Smart people like smart sexy people. The trainer at this gym has worked for the same professional sports franchise for over 30 years. Great knowledge and expertise.
