During a 30+ year career, I’ve set strategy and led growth acceleration involving retail and digital transformations, organic expansion, turnarounds and the acquisition and integration of new businesses. On March, 2020, I was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the board of directors of ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ:ACIW), a global leading provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions to leading banks, financial institutions and corporations around the world. From 2019 to February 2020, I was an Operating Partner at Advent International, one of the world’s largest private equity funds with $54.3B in assets under management across 41 countries. Prior to it, with a 17 years tenure at the Western Union Corporation (WU), the global leader in cross-border and cross-currency money movement, I advanced through increasingly significant general management roles. In my last position, as President Western Union Global Money Transfer, I led Western Union’s $5B global consumer retail and digital business across 200+ countries and territories. My experience at Western Union includes profitable growth acceleration of the global consumer business, transformational growth in Latin America through organic expansion and successful M&A and short-term turnarounds to restore growth across markets in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa, Mexico and the Caribbean. It also includes leading digital transformation which established Western Union as the global digital leader in cross-border consumer money transfer. I am also a member of the board of directors of Millicom International (NASDAQ:TIGO), a $6B international provider of cable and mobile services to 50M+ consumers in Latin America and Africa. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Craig leads the Bottomline organization in its mission to transform the way businesses pay and get paid. A strategic global business executive with extensive expertise in fintech, payments and software, Craig has a proven track record of optimizing enterprise, mission critical software and processing organizations for profitability and growth. Through several C-suite roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, as well as advisory capacities across startup, private equity, enterprise, and consulting companies worldwide, he is recognized for establishing strategy and vision to drive business growth and transformation. Prior to joining Bottomline, Craig served in executive leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, a global payments software company.

Jeff Davis is chairman, president and chief executive officer for Perficient. As CEO, Jeff leads daily business operations, and directs the development and execution of the company's global growth strategy and initiatives. Jeff joined the company as chief operating officer in 2001. He was promoted to president in 2003 and was named chief executive officer and appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009. Jeff has a strong technology management and consulting background, with a blend of more than 25 years of experience working at Big Four as well as entrepreneurial firms. Before Vertecon, Jeff was a senior manager and member of the leadership team in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for defining and managing internal processes, while managing business development and delivery of all products, services and solutions to a number of large accounts. Jeff also served in leadership positions at Ernst and Young, LLP in the Management Consulting practice and in industry at Boeing, Inc. and Mallinckrodt, Inc. Jeff is an active member of the board of directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of St. Louis and a member of the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business advisory board. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri.

William R. McDermott (born August 18, 1961) is an American businessman and is currently CEO of ServiceNow. Before ServiceNow, he was the CEO of the technology company SAP SE. During his tenure as co-CEO and CEO, SAP's market value increased from $39 billion to $156 billion. McDermott, along with Joanne Gordon, wrote a memoir, Winners Dream: A Journey from Corner Store to Corner Office, and was awarded a gold medal for business memoir of the year by the Axiom Business Book Awards. McDermott began his role as CEO of ServiceNow in November, 2019.

As CEO, Josh leads Precisely’s global team of 2,000 employees as they build and deliver software and data products that provide accuracy, consistency, and context to power confident business decisions. During his tenure as CEO, the company’s revenue has doubled annually for four straight years to more than $600m today. Prior to becoming CEO in 2016, Josh was President of Syncsort, the precursor to Precisely, leading global business operations, including sales, marketing, support, and engineering. He was previously VP of Worldwide Sales and VP of Americas Sales for the company. Earlier in his career, Josh held leadership positions at IBM and Endeca technologies, as well as Bank of America Capital Investors.
