Responsibilities Manage the migration of multiple systems from on-premises architectures to Azure based architectures leveraging Microsoft DevOps tool to deploy systems in an Azure environment. Responsible for developing/maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD Processes supporting Agile Software development Responsible for Azure DevOps administration (projects, repos, pipelines, boards, artifacts) Develop & maintain Azure DevOps automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST API, Bicep, ARM templates) Lead program's Multi-cloud DevOps capability spanning cloud environments, cloud migration efforts, and modernization of globally used applications including the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline. Identity and access management (AD groups, Entra ID, service principals) Extension installation and agent pool configuration Integration setup (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) Source code migration (git, repo mirroring, permissions) Pipeline (YAML/classic) authoring and troubleshooting Directly interface with the client on a regular basis provide presentations from time to time. Producing well written, technical detailed articles (documents) that are tailored specifically to the customer's environment, objectives and requirements. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to both advise. Skills Required Possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively. This includes both verbally as well as written communications with particular emphasis on being able to produce well written technical documentation. Able to work well with with cross-functional teams (EA, CET, App Dev, FinOps) Hands-on experience with CI/CD Processes and best practices Familiarity with Azure resource provisioning and automation Familiarity with PowerShell or Bash scripting. Should be able to design scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure services Hands-on experience with version control systems like GitHub Hands-on migration of ADO resources (projects, repos, pipelines, artifacts) Experience with large-scale, multi-team DevOps environments Troubleshooting and resolving migration issues Set up and implement automation scripts YAML pipeline scripting. Familiarity with Navy shipyards, maintenance activities, or related industries is a strong advantage. Ability to travel occasionally to various shipyard locations as needed. Travel up to 10% may be required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in leadership principles, coaching techniques, and team dynamics.
