Sterile technique and Relias Dysrhythmia testing required; passing is mandatory to continue assignment

Return staff must have been away for at least 1 year to be eligible as a traveler
A 50-mile radius rule applies for eligibility
Only one holiday will be approved for time off during the contract
Must be available for lab work within 3 to 5 days of signing assignment
Professional attire or hospital-approved scrubs required during all shifts
Requirements
Active CA RN license required
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS are required
Minimum of 2 years RN experience in an emergency department setting

Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a Level II trauma center in California with a valid CA license and perioperative experience.
Responsibilities
Work in the main Operating Room of a Level II trauma hospital
May float to outpatient surgery as needed
Day shifts begin at 6:30am and are 12 hours in length
13-week assignment
Must provide perioperative nursing care in the OR setting
May be required to float to other departments such as outpatient surgery
Enloe Medical Center only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their respective agency
Work in a fast-paced Level II trauma environment
Requirements
Active CA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of perioperative (OR) RN experience required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
CNOR certification preferred
