Pros

This is a horrible company to work for…. You voice is not heard. They only thing they care about is increasing the amount of patients seen in clinic without any regard to the staff running the clinic. Admin fires individuals for very shallow things…. These ladies in upper management need to be accountable to someone but who is making sure they are accountable for the continued mistakes and misconduct as well as discrimination against the current employees. Save your time and career and work somewhere where you will be appreciated and your voice will be heard. The Utah planned parenthood is not the place for you!

Cons

The administration micro managing… they don’t need managers they just need someone to boss around remotely.

Benefits

No perks for working for a planned parenthood. No bonuses ever. Your treated as a very devalued individual they never focus on the positive but want rave reviews each year on how you feel as an employee and then say they will throw your clinic a party if the agency scores high enough. The CEO is out of touch with the daily running of clinics and has been for 30plus years. She needs to retire already.!
