The Regional Director, Acute Programs is responsible for overseeing the operation of acute dialysis programs in an assigned geographic region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. GROWTH · Responsible for overseeing overall operation of assigned acute programs from a fiscal, clinical, technical, regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspective in accordance with Company goals. · Organizes and coordinates all acute program development from identifying the opportunity, contracting, through opening. · Oversees patient admission and volume tracking by therapy. · Works with Administrators on developing optimal staffing and patient schedules. · Works with Administrators toward the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual projections based on financial and management objectives. · Responsible for achieving financial targets to include budget, labor costs, supply costs and expenditures at assigned acute programs. Summary: The Lead Radiation Therapist is the supervisor over the Radiation Therapy team at Riverside Methodist Hospital Radiation Oncology. They are responsible for maintaining adequate staff levels and making sure all the LINAC machines are well staffed. They maintain and prepare the daily schedule and the call schedule for our team. They partner with the providers and the nursing team to deliver high quality care to our patients and are the connecting link between the Radiation Therapy team and the department manager. Dublin Methodist Hospital is hiring a part-time MRI Technologist for their expanding department. Hours are Thursday and Friday 7:00p-7:30a. This position prepares patient for testing (including thorough screening questioning), assists the radiologist during testing, operates the MRI equipment for a variety of procedures, maintains supply inventory in assigned rooms. Responsibilities And Duties: Operates MRI equipment, including the magnet, injectors, independent consoles, physiological patient monitors, and cardiac gating/monitoring equipment. Uses equipment to properly adjust pulse sequences according to body part and diagnosis. Demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills. Performs daily safety and quality control checks for the system. Sends images to PACS for interpretation. Transfers images to independent console for further manipulation. Reformats and performs post processing of images for radiologist interpretation.
