Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency with planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo).

Job Description
The Healthcare BIM Planner will assist Project Managers and Senior staff with completion of engagements services. As part of our engagement services for ADAMS clients, they will manage and generate medical equipment placement drawings using REVIT. Work Planners for both Electrical & Mechanical activities are needed to support upcoming projects in nuclear, hydro. fosssil plants and refineries. Planners will create the task specific work orders and field documentation work packages for field craft to utilize in execution of the work scope. Using Maximo or other asset /work management software systems. Once onsite work is being executed. the Planners will work to support the the field personnel by ensuring the needed forms, asset lists, tooling and materials for the work are identified by identification number and description and where possible, the location of those assets. Planners will track the progress of the work to ensure that estimated completion times are correct and will document causes for delays so that future work estimates can account for any true discrepancy in the anticipated hours/budget/resources required. Planner will be tasked with estimating, scheduling, JSA and procedure development, work packages, turnover packages creation per specification. May be requested to perform inventories, facilitate or monitor procurement and may use scheduling software on an as needed, as assigned basis.
Former Maintenance Supervisors, Superintendent, Turnaround Coordinators, Operations Supervisors, Outage Coordinators, Commissioning Engineers & Techs and select senior maintenance professionals have proven to execute this role with great success.
