Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Exercise Planner to support our program at Fort Chaffee, AR.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
This position is contingent on contract award.
How Role will make an impact:
Provide subject matter expert support throughout all phases of exercise planning, and develop and implement an effective, reliable exercise program that will systematically and periodically be updated.
Periodically, the Contractor shall plan joint exercises and meet all requirements in the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) in accordance with CJCS Guide 3501, The Joint Training System, A Primer for Senior Leaders
Requirements
What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial, Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling.
Background of at least 10 years' Military or DoD experience with and at least 2 years' experience with exercise planning using the JELC process.
Must be experienced in large constructive exercises, multi-domain events, and implementation of JLCCTC.

What you will do
The Senior CPFR Planner is responsible for supporting our valued Customers. Within Kenvue, you'll collaborate closely with multiple functions including Sales, Demand Planning, and Logistics. You will employ data analysis and end-to-end (E2E) thinking to offer forecast insights and replenishment solutions. Your role is pivotal in delivering optimal results for both customer satisfaction and key performance metrics. This role will also hold a leadership role in Kenvue Deliver process, working with Distribution and Transportation organizations to improve planning and distribution of finished goods inventory. Key Responsibilities
Provide Best-In-Class customer service to our Customers as measured by survey results
Lead in identifying, planning and implementing end to end solutions that improve service and cost and or implement new capabilities
Act as liaison between Kenvue and the Customer to influence inventory and supply chain plans with the goal of growing both Kenvue and Customer sales
Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to purchasing patterns and products for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies
Automate current processes through system and process improvements
Monitor and report critical metrics (in stock/out of stock, fill rate, and on-time delivery), and research root cause with supply chain partners and provide back in stock date and action plans to correct and prevent in the future.
Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures
Conduct monthly Supply Chain connections to foster a trusting relationship with the Customer
Partner with Supply Chain and Sales to provide detail by SKU recommendations to Customer to drive higher inventory during periods experiencing lift (promotional, seasonal, etc.).
Quickly merge and summarize data/information from different sources, to influence actions with key partners.
