As our Business Operations Senior Buyer, you'll be part of a world-class Procurement organization that provides leadership and operational accountability for leading, collaborating, supporting, and bringing to life the procurement strategies across multiple brands.

Lead activities related to managing supplier performance, including onboarding new suppliers, evaluating and monitoring supplier performance across a range of KPIs (Quality, Supply, Cost), and developing action plans to ensure continuous improvement performance across the supply base.
Own supplier governance and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with Category Managers.
Co-develop and own the action plans crafted to address short and midterm issues related to Supply and Cost Performance, ensuring business continuity is effective.
Lead the root cause analysis process to understand continuous improvement opportunities.
Act as the bridge between internal and external partners, ensuring the needs and wants of the business are reflected into the category strategies and executed as planned.

• 7-10 years' experience within sourcing, contract negotiation, managed services etc.
• Strong tech writing skills- experience with provision writing
• Excellent experience negotiating with suppliers
• Strong working knowledge with SAAS Contracts (redlining, negotiating)
• Full in depth knowledge of the contract lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills in order to be business facing and assertive
• Ability to draft up contracts with SLA's
• Hardware / Software Resale environment experience
• Familiarity with small and medium sized businesses
• Candidate should have knowledge of commercial resale, supplier agreement.
• This position is with the Sourcing Resale Category, meaning you will need to work not only the external Supplier but also with both the Sourcing Legal team and the Sales Deal Legal team (internal) to ensure all components for the contract are included.
**Day to Day:**
• Working within the business segment to sell and resell full contract lifecycle management (Hardware and software products)
• Regularly negotiating with suppliers across wireline and wireless products
• Build out business solutions by selling connectivity plus
• Writing and provisioning technical contract documents
• Full contract lifecycle management from draft phases, to negotiations to execution
