Job Summary The Sanitation Planner-Coordinator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the process equipment to establish a clean environment for producing and packaging quality products. Ensures equipment and facilities are effectively sanitized in accordance with established food manufacturing regulations and in compliance with government sanitation requirements. Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of plant. * Utilizes powered cleaning equipment that may include powered lifts, scissors lifts, power washers, foam applicators, steamers, automatic compactors, motors and various non-mechanized equipment. * Demonstrates the ability to operate equipment such as floor jacks, trash compactor, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubber in a safe and knowledgeable manner. * Follows instructions for safe lifting and carrying various sizes, shapes, and weight of objects; identifies/reports defective equipment; reports all job-related injuries to management. * Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection. * Follows all applicable GMP's for the area in which he/she is assigned. Maintains and uses appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with OSHA, plant defined GMP's, or when directed by a supervisor. * Reads (Safety Data Sheets) information and prepares and uses chemical cleaning agents in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's recommendations. * Assists departments in spill containment caused by various events. * Assists pest control technicians by noting and communicating pest activity. * Lock-out Tag-out and BBP (blood borne pathogens) trained. * Supports and participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S (sort, set, shine, standardize, and sustain). * Mixes and handles chemical concentrations. * May perform other duties as required. * Mandatory overtime may be required. Spectrum Responsible for attending product meetings to foster communication between Product and Supply Chain. * You will be responsible for providing merchandising analysis that support the development of detailed category plans & strategies for upcoming category space changes and company initiatives. * Responsible for timely delivery of clear, concise space planning design documents that communicate merchandising strategy & category specific details. * Exhibits a high degree of proficiency in category planning software, internal systems & processes. (systems & analytics expert) * Accountable for the creation and timely delivery of merchandising plans to support company initiatives and deliver on documented strategy. * You will be seen as a trusted advisor in the delivery of space productivity analysis in support of the merchandising strategy. * Delivers advanced analysis in developing a customer-centric approach to merchandising plans. * Partners cross-functionally to shape strategic direction using analytical tools; consistently identifies category opportunities to optimize productivity. * Proactively uses problem solving skills, mitigates risk & improves program delivery to stores. * Actively leads process improvement efforts; makes recommendations to optimize workflow efficiencies. * Collaborates & communicates well across all s of the organization; cultivates vendor partnerships that support corporate strategies. * Demonstrates thought leadership on evolving concepts & business needs. * Exhibits team leadership. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field 1-2 Years Experience in retail store planning and design (may be a combination of visual merchandising, store planning, planogramming, real estate & facilities planning, or store environment experiences) * 3-5 Years Experience in retail store planning and design (may be a combination of visual merchandising, store planning, planogramming, real estate & facilities planning, or store environment experiences). PTO, Vacation accrued, flexible schedule for summer month May-August where they work 4 10 hour days and fridays are off, fully in office no WFH, 401k, health and vision insurance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Mooresville,NC.
