Position Overview
Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Supply Planner to join our RC Planning team. This role is critical to ensuring 100% On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and flawless execution of ERP processes and reporting. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, executing purchase and transfer orders, and providing advanced data insights to support business results.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution: Execute the creation of Purchase Orders (PO) and Transfer Orders (TO) within the ERP system.
Data & Reporting: Create and maintain complex reports using Excel (Advanced) and Power BI (Advanced) to drive business decisions.
Operational Leadership: Lead daily team meetings and connections to ensure alignment on priorities.
Inventory Management: Focus on Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) to optimize service levels, cash flow, and costs.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within the ERP system related to order creation and inventory flow.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements (Must-Haves):

Experience: Proven experience in Planning, specifically Inventory or DRP planning.
Industry: Must have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Availability: Ability to work a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the St. Louis office.
Preferred Qualifications:
APICS Certification.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Summary

Job Overview:
This full-time position supports the County Emergency Management program with a primary focus on the development and maintenance of all-hazards emergency response plans. The position also assists with project coordination, exercise design and support, preparedness initiatives, and other emergency management functions as assigned. This position will also perform as a member of the Emergency Operations Center staff during activations. The work is performed under the direction of the Emergency Management Director.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Draft, revise, update, and maintain County all-hazard emergency plans, including but not limited to the Local Emergency Operations Plan, Continuity of Government Plan, County Mitigation Plan, Recovery Plan, and Continuity of Operations Plan.
Processes and maintains records of annual Tier II reports, ensuring updates and reports are provided to the director.
Assists with the coordination of disaster response or crisis management activities.
Coordinates with appropriate agencies for the development of special annexes to the Emergency Operations Plan.
Coordinates with site owners and the Department of Natural Resources for the submission, approval, and maintenance of local private dam emergency action plans, in compliance with State regulations.
Aids designated facilities in the development and/or review of emergency plan and radiological response plans as assigned.
Attend FEMA/SEMA training when required.
Assist with annual inventory of all emergency management equipment and assets.
Remains informed of federal, state, and local regulations affecting emergency plans and ensures that plans adhere to these regulations.
As directed, transports, mans, recovers, refuels, tests and operates emergency management assets including trucks, message boards, portable generators, Mobile Command Trailer, etc.
Performs project coordination for exercise design, scheduling, and logistics for local exercises to ensure compliance with federal Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP requirements), and the Emergency Management Program Grant (EMPG).
Drafts and submits data to the director for the required exercise after-action reports and tracking reports for corrective actions completed.
Subject to call-back duty for severe weather events, emergency/disaster operations, EOC activations and resource deployments.
Set-up and support the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during emergency response or training and exercise. Compose situation reports and other incident documentation as delegated.
Participates as an emergency management representative on designated committees.
Answers phones and responds to emails.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in emergency management or related field. Three or more years of related experience. A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirement.

East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) has an opening for a Regional Planner in the Research Services Department. This position will report directly to the Research Services Manager. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to: developing quality data products using a wide range of spatial and traditional statistical techniques; responding to data requests from a variety of audiences including staff members, government officials and the general public; communicating research findings to senior staff and agency partners; manipulating, cleaning, and maintaining data; researching issues in planning and policy by reviewing literature and making use of online data; and preparing information for updates to the EWG website with respect to current demographic and economic information.
The successful candidate will have experience monitoring, analyzing, and presenting information on one or more of the following topics: employment, business and industry, demographics, land use, housing, environment. Essential skills include: the ability to analyze large data sets, familiarity with statistical software, such as R, SPSS, Stata, etc., and excellent oral and written communication skills. Desirable skills include: experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), advanced statistical research methods, and familiarity with publicly available economic data.
