(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) Junior Branch Planner Full Price (m/f/x) The Team Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success. The Position As Junior Branch Planner Full Price you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team, driving commercial trade insights and optimized branch/ location level planning across the full price store network (including concession partners). You will work closely with both Hub and DTC EHQ teams to ensure location needs are considered in planning decisions and strategies and decisions are effectively managed. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand. Key Responsibilities: * Seasonal reviews: Provide data and insights to input into hindsight reviews of seasonal performance with insights from the location/hub view, to inform forward-looking merchandise buying strategies. * Branch planning process: Contribute analysis to support the full price store and concession location portfolio review process, store density analysis and store/option productivity analysis. Provide data and insights to inform option planning (clustering/grading) process with Buying and Planning counterparts. * Store planning: Create pre-season plans and in-forecasts for Store Planning process, as part of Merchandise Financial Planning process, in partnership with hub direction and merch planning teams. Support in store-specific inventory targets and manage stock build, flow and capacity levels, in alignment with merchandise planning, allocation and store teams. * Excess Stock: Partner with Outlet Branch Planning counterpart and allocation team to ensure commercial absorption of Full Price leftover stock is executed and sent to optimal Outlet store locations. * Store Focus Groups: Contribute to analysis on key/focus store groups, in collaboration with Store/channel leadership, Planning, Buying, and Trading teams in Full Price channel to ensure the top volume driving stores are performing at or above Budget. * Trading events: Input into the development of Full Price commercial trade calendars, with an understanding of local trading patterns & peak trade / holiday timing. Capture & analyze results and identify patterns in store-level response and product sell-through for trading and promotional events. Utilize data to understand the impact on sales KPIs and report on impact of future trading decisions to Planning, Buying, and Commercial Planning teams. * Markdowns & promotions: Align local markdown / promotion needs and timing with Planning & Buying counterparts, following guidance on options and width & depth of offer, according to trading calendars. Accurately execute promotions & markdowns in the system. * Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Measures of Success * Sales & revenue: sales and revenue in line with targets including net sales, net margin, markdown % and sales density * Planning accuracy: high levels of planning accuracy across all branch/store plans Requirements * 1-2+ years of experience in branch planning or merchandise planning, ideally within a full price or concessions retail environment within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods organization. * Understanding of Full Price & Concession trading dynamics, inventory management, and promotional impacts on margin and sell-through. * Expertise in merchandise planning, markdown and promotion management, and stock optimization to drive sales and margin growth. * Commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance commercial goals with operational execution. * Sound analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize location density strategies. * Stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with local Finance, Hub & Channel store leadership, Merch Planning, Buying, VM and Allocation teams. * Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment. * Fluency in English and German. * Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred Please submit your application in English. Job Description AECOM is seeking an experienced Transportation Planning Senior Manger to join our team in DMV geography. This role will have various senior management responsibilities including business development efforts with business line leadership to grow the transportation business in the sub-region, resource management at a sub-regional level, developing and implementing strategies for operational efficiencies and technical quality, and supporting various programs and individual projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the senior leadership team on driving strategic growth initiatives throughout the region. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives to enhance team performance, process automation, and resource optimization. Demonstrate deep customer insight, ensure a client-driven culture, spearhead and support market-focused solutions. Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, utilizing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Work with the team in developing annual strategic plan to set targets and goals for the fiscal year. Lead business development meetings with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring frequent and regular communication, tracking, and reporting of progress against strategic priorities and key performance indicators. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and engineering standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineering leads to understand resource needs and align staffing accordingly. Support allocation of engineering resources across multiple projects based on project priorities, timelines, and skills required. Monitor and track resource utilization, adjusting allocations as necessary to avoid bottlenecks or underutilization. Develop and maintain resource management plans, identifying potential conflicts or gaps in resource availability. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure that resource assignments are clear and that resources are fully utilized on high-priority tasks. Analyze capacity and skillset requirements and collaborate with HR and leadership to plan for future resource needs, including hiring, training, and workshare. Provide regular updates on resource status and utilization to senior management, including recommendations for optimizing resource use. Assist in forecasting resource needs for future projects and initiatives, ensuring the right mix of skills and capacity is available. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by resolving resource-related conflicts and balancing workload demands. Develop and/or implement standardized processes, best practices, and metrics to improve operational efficiency, deliverable quality, and team collaboration. Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing planning projects, identifying potential risks and bottlenecks, and providing solutions to maintain project schedules. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership. Experience in business development, resource management, project management, and/or operations within an engineering or technical environment. Demonstrate a strong understanding of engineering processes and have experience with aligning resources effectively with technical requirements. Experience overseeing multiple technical teams while managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: AICP certification Master of Planning, Engineering or Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree If an engineer, Professional Engineer (PE) License in Maryland, DC and Virginia Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and solve complex problems.
