OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Planner Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing the planning and scheduling of production, materials, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and timely execution of operational goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and coordination to balance demand, capacity, and supply chain requirements. The Planner Supervisor will be responsible for their own subset of planner duties, as well as overseeing their team's planner responsibilities. This role will work closely with various departments, including production, procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless execution of plans.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Develop, maintain, oversee, and participate in production and material planning scheduled to ensure timely completion of orders.
* Release and manage work orders from inception to completion using MRP system.
* Coordinate with production teams to manage workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
* Adjust schedules in response to demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Prepare production reports as required by the Program Manager or Director of Programs/Operations.
* Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
* Confers with Program Manager(s) to determine status of assigned projects.
* Supervise and guide planning team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
* Act as the key liaison between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to align planning with business objectives.
* Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review production schedules and resolve issues proactively.

GENERAL:
* Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* College level education is a plus.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of a manufacturing facility with respect to production operations, machine shops, etc.
* Proficiency in planning software and MRP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

• Input information with accuracy and create products using the FAST system
• Anticipate possible problem orders and, using discretionary judgment, consult with the unit supervisor regarding any delays and seek guidance on technical problems
• Accurately review assigned files, pursuant to company practices, policies, and CLTA underwriting procedures
• Become familiar with the subdivision map act book and CLTA procedures
• Provide engineer & builder customers copies of the preliminary title report and any other recorded documents or maps they need to satisfy the City/county.
• Work directly with the City/county as needed and provide them with copies of recorded documents if requested.
• Review map prints, if applicable as prints are submitted to the city/county for review. Provide builder, document attorney and civil engineer with our comments.
• Coordinate the lender's signatures on the map with the customer. If we are to sign the map as Trustee, send the Trustee Authorization form to the customer (or directly to the lender) and provide a copy of the prelim and map.
• Contact county tax collector to obtain Subdivision Tax Clearance Letter and secure subdivision tax bond amounts for the next tax year.
• Issue the Subdivision/Parcel Map Guarantee and review and record the map and any easements, deeds, quitclaims or other documents required to be recorded with the map.
• Send copies of the recorded documents to parties involved.

This position will have a specific focus on policy matters related to the implementation of the Cache Creek Area Plan, including both the Cache Creek Resource Management Plan and the Off-Channel Mining Plan, the Yolo County Parks Master Plan, the Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Communities Conservation Plan, the Yolo County Strategic Plan, as applicable. This position also serves as liaison to various resource management related citizen and advisory groups within the County. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex environmental documents and studies, including CEQA and NEPA, and representing the County and its policy positions in a variety of settings including all levels of government (federal, state, local) as well as with other stakeholder groups. Experience with water, flood control, environmental, and agricultural policy are desirable.
The Position
Under general direction, performs natural resource management duties including, but not limited to, planning and implementation of habitat management and park and open space projects, enhancement and restoration projects, monitoring and analysis of fluvial and geomorphic processes, development of mitigation strategies, acquisition of conservation easements, permitting and application review; plans and conducts public outreach activities; researches and compiles information, writes reports, makes recommendations, and implements policies; obtains, supervises and contracts for consultant services, manages contracts, seeks, obtains, and implements grants, and monitors to ensure compliance with grant requirements and manages budgets. May also assist the General Services Department with other related activities.
This is a professional level class with positions allocated in the General Services Department. Incumbents in this class report may be responsible for supervising staff and performing technical, professional planning and project implementation work associated with natural resources and parks and open space management projects and activities with a substantial degree of independence and judgment. This is a highly visible position that requires the incumbent to provide leadership, demonstrate political sensitivity, and develop and maintain positive working relationships with all those contacted during the course and scope of employment.
This class is distinguished from the similar class of Senior Planner in that this class has a more specialized area of focus. It is also distinguished from the lower class of Natural Resources Program Coordinator in that the latter is responsible for the overall coordination of Natural Resources programs. It is further distinguished from the Manager of Natural Resources by the broad range of management functions.

The Quality Assurance Division provides research, benefit cost analysis, data governance, and financial management support to the Hazard Mitigation Section and California communities by refining operations, information management systems, tracking, and reporting.
The Quality Assurance Division is responsible for monitoring hazard events and historical data, and for providing data-driven recommendations to improve the successful allocation of mitigation funding. The Division validates cost-effectiveness and conducts assessments of completed mitigation projects when they are tested by natural hazard events. The Division works to ensure compliance with all grant requirements and to improve the delivery of mitigation grants to maximize the benefit of public funds through research, quality control, and performance assessment to improve future mitigation decisions.

**_Job Summary_**
The **Meeting & Event Planner, Attendee Recruitment & Engagement** will work closely with Meeting Managers, Pharmaceutical clients and Healthcare Professional partners, assisting in the successful execution of both promotional and consulting activities, and is particularly responsible for working with our database and project managers to create invitation lists and manage outreach to our applicable audience for each event as well as maintaining tracking spreadsheets and providing status reports. This position will serve as the attendee recruitment lead for Meetings and Events.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Create attendee recruiting strategy for assigned projects
+ Manages recruiting efforts per guidelines identified by the project manager and client.
+ Work with senior team members to generate applicable invitation lists for each event.
