This position supports GBS Operations by developing daily, monthly, and annual operating plans. The incumbent will forecast volume/productivity ensuring that service and business plans are achieved. Long range plans are developed for use in determining operations staffing capacities.

Provide direction and leadership for all production planning and scheduling activities at the manufacturing site. Ensure Customer Service through short and medium term planning by maintaining finished goods inventory at safety stock target levels. Maximize utilization of all manufacturing assets through efficient scheduling and effectively communicate throughout the network. This position may also administer commercial contracts and manage co-pack activities. 1. Prepare the site Master Production Schedule every week within a planning horizon.
2. Maximize the utilization of manufacturing assets while providing the product mix dictated by the consumer through Orion. Works closely with site industrial engineering and operations associates to evaluate capacity implications of various operating and capital investment decisions.
