Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to the Maintenance Manager. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Meet the daily housekeeping requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Mobility to move throughout facility grounds with exposure to heat, cold, sun, etc. Must be able to lift a maximum weight up to 20 lbs. frequently; 50 lbs. occasionally.
