This position is responsible for administering the “Moves, Adds, and Changes” program for large (i.e., several hundred thousand square feet) manufacturing facilities housing hundreds of employees and contractors. The Planner III is responsible for supervising the Sign section of the Planning and Zoning Division. The role will also manage the workload and training of Sign Inspectors and a Planner II, participating in developing process improvements, providing feedback regarding sign regulations and sign review, and enforcement protocol.
