About the Role:
As the RME Planner, you will develop maintenance plans and schedules using recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Your work will include screening APM (Asset Performance Management) work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, and estimating labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. You will collaborate directly with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. You will also ensure that spare parts are ordered and maintained in stock for both planned and emergency repairs.

Requirements
Qualifications of a Project or Senior Planner - Vision Zero:
· A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field or additional work experience in lieu of secondary education
· At least 8 years of transportation planning experience, including safety planning, vision zero, SS4A, or other related experience
· Software proficiency
o Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o GIS software (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, QGIS)
· Project management experience, ideally working with multidisciplinary teams
It would be a plus if you have any of the following:
· Familiarity with crash modification factors or systemic safety analysis
· Experience with Safe Routes to School, complete streets, active transportation planning, bicycle and pedestrian wayfinding, or transportation demand management
· RSP or AICP certification
