General Summary: Reports to Vice President of Supply Chain The Supply Planner position will manage the creation and timely execution of purchase orders and inventory management in support of business objectives while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels and agreed upon service levels. In this role, you will ensure GHRA is providing the best-in-class consumer experience by managing vendor purchasing, optimizing inbound flows, and maintaining healthy inventory levels through data-driven analysis and decision making, and building relationships with our vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibility: Own end-to-end planning and execution of inventory. Manage the end-to-end process of PO creation to PO received by the warehouse in a timely manner. Candidates must be able to work EST or CST business hours._ **_What Meetings and Events contributes to Cardinal Health_** Meetings and Events is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows aligned with strategic business and brand objectives. **_Job Summary_** The **Meeting & Event Planner, Attendee Recruitment & Engagement** will work closely with Meeting Managers, Pharmaceutical clients and Healthcare Professional partners, assisting in the successful execution of both promotional and consulting activities, and is particularly responsible for working with our database and project managers to create invitation lists and manage outreach to our applicable audience for each event as well as maintaining tracking spreadsheets and providing status reports. This position will serve as the attendee recruitment lead for Meetings and Events. **_Responsibilities_** + Create attendee recruiting strategy for assigned projects + Manages recruiting efforts per guidelines identified by the project manager and client. + Work with senior team members to generate applicable invitation lists for each event. + Adherence to compliance regulations, i.e. debarment rules, repeat rules, etc. + Participate in internal and external meetings on a weekly basis + Work in CVENT to track incoming registrations and manage the registrant approval process + Work in CVENT to run registration reports and disseminate to the appropriate distribution list. + Assist in onsite attendee support at assigned events. + Work with meeting managers on collection and tracking of contracts and W9s and monitoring compliance to all guidelines. **_Qualifications:_** + Bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + 3+ years' experience in related field, preferred + Previous experience working with HCPs preferably with and oncology and/or rheumatology focus + Experience in event marketing, event planning, or audience recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry, highly preferred + Experience working with event management systems (CVENT) and with CRM systems + Strong Excel experience preferred (Vlookups, etc highly preferred) + Strong project management and organizational skills + Strong written and verbal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment + Ability to travel up to 35% (approx 1x per month for a few days) **_What is expected of you for success in your role:_** + Manages invitation process for assigned events. + Attends internal planning and strategy calls and provides regular registration updates. + Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and serves as a strategic advisor to invitees. + Utilizes software to track registrations, responses and other information for meetings & events. + Translates the goals and objectives of customers into an applicable target invitation list. + Adheres to and communicates established compliance guidelines for all attendees. **Anticipated salary range:** $67,500 - $90,000 **Bonus eligible:** No **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with my FlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **Application window anticipated to close: 12/29/2025** *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible. _**The salary range listed is an estimate.
