Author meeting notes, after action reports, exercise support products, and other artifacts to support Exercise Team and FUOPS Branch requirements. Conduct in-depth research as needed to support specific exercise operations, lessons learned, and newly developed tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used in the development of MSEL or simulation control injects that accurately replicates the operating environment the training is designed to support. Provides for and oversees cybersecurity planning and expertise in the development of exercise support plans in USCENTCOM exercises. Working with staff at all levels to ensure exercise procedures and after-action lessons learned requirements are met. Coordinates and develops after action reports that meet exercise requirements. Participate in working groups, conferences, and meetings to support unit exercise requirements and ensure synchronization across the community of interest. Plan for demonstrations and Tabletop Exercises (TTXs), Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) drills and seminars. Collaborating with exercise planning elements to establish objectives, priorities, and plans for joint exercise programs. Required Skills/Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with guiding as a Joint Exercise Planner. 2+ years of experience in the USCENTCOM AOR. Experience with leading or materially contributing to the design, planning, organization, and execution of Combatant Command or Service-Component level Command Post Exercises, Staff Exercises, or Field Training Exercises. Knowledge of Exercise Coordination and Exercise Design Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders, both U.S. and foreign. Experience with exercise planning at the Service Component or Combatant Command level. Familiarization with project management processes and principles. Knowledge of the Joint Training Program (JTP) and JELC doctrine and processes. Advanced Service Planner Certification, including SAMS, SAASS, or JAWS Certifications. Familiarization in use of information platforms such as Microsoft, SharePoint, OneBrief, PCTE, Joint Training Program, and/or Advana a plus. Bachelor's Degree with a focus in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study and at least 8 years of experience. Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification Desired Skills: Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission. Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM's IT environment
