If reschedule could create potential service failure, communicates with Regional Customer Service Manger. On a weekly basis, manages and verifies drop trailer pools for customers in assigned areas that are related to RDCs. Takes emergency cell phone home over night 2-3 nights a month. Answers any calls that may come in between 0130 and 0530 and takes necessary action (such as contacting Safety Department). Cross-trains with Regional Customer Service Manager on understanding their job responsibilities and assists when required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
