They will lead a team of Inventory Planners and provide day-to-day oversight of associates and reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Supervisor works within guidelines and procedures and uses independent judgment to solve moderately complex problems and collaborates with management. Ensures consistency in execution across the team. Holds team members accountable for established department policies.
+ Lead a team of Inventory Planners to ensure that department tasks are being accomplished
+ Conduct periodic performance reviews and regular one on ones to engage associates and promote development as well as conduct year end performance reviews
+ Maintain good business relationships with our suppliers
+ Work with Pharma Relations Team to support the successful implementation new LDD access drugs
+ Support front end clinical teams on managing drug discontinuations and therapy transitions
+ Communicating regularly with Specialty Operations Leadership and make recommendations for new ordering strategies as needed
+ Lead development of new reporting and advise on reasonable KPI's for pharma contracts
+ Forecast product usage and communicate changes to primary suppliers to ensure inventory availability
+ Regularly monitor inventory to ensure we are maintaining sufficient stock levels
+ Ensure timely ordering of products with suppliers
+ Work with Accounting associates to reconcile various financial issues
+ Assist associates in escalated issues

The Student Financial Assistance Advisor ensures College goals are met with being the responsible partner for the overall management of financial aid services. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Determines the packaging of student financial aid awards in accordance with applicable regulations, statutes and policies
* Monitors, interprets and implements federal regulations pertaining to student loan, grant, and scholarship eligibilities and formulates or recommends changes to College policies and procedures to comply with regulatory changes.
* Serves as an information resource to address any issues relating to compliance and financial aid.

* Refers students who are not in compliance with verification requests but have received funds to the appropriate areas.

* Assists in one or more major areas of Financial Aid: processes direct loans through Electronic Fund Transfer; and validates financial aid verification documents for the Pell Grant Program
* Interviews and advises students in regard to educational financial planning; assists the Director with educational grants and loan programs, student employment and scholarship programs
* Assists students in the completion of the application for public benefits as a part of the financial aid award and works collaboratively with the Manager, Student Financial Aid and Peer Financial Coach
* Maintains confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business regarding students, supervisors or other employees
* Conducts financial aid and financial literacy workshops for prospective and continuing students
* Contributes in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensures accuracy and equity in the delivery of financial aid programs by providing input, as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree

At Toole Design, our paid internship program is designed to give you real experience with meaningful work. Over a typical schedule of 8-12 weeks, you'll be fully embedded in project teams alongside planners, engineers, and landscape architects-contributing to active projects from day one. The MORPC Local Government Summer Internship Program provides the opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to obtain practical work experience with a local government within MORPCs 15-county region to prepare them for possible careers in public service. MORPC coordinates the recruitment and placement of students to match each hosts request; hosts make the final hiring decision and provide an hourly wage. Interns work for a host for a minimum of 16 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week for a 10 to 14-week period, which means there are both part-time and full-time positions available. The summer 2026 internship program will begin on May 12th and will end on August 14th.
Interns gain applicable knowledge to enhance classroom learning by working with current government professionals throughout Central Ohio and acquire insights into the services provided by a regional planning commission. Interns also can attend monthly commission meetings as well as special MORPC-sponsored events and are paired with a MORPC staff member to serve as their mentor during the summer internship program.

Forecast product usage and communicate changes to primary suppliers to ensure inventory availability

In the Construction Department, you will:
Receive training in proper procedures for inspection of work being done by contractors (e.g. widening & resurfacing projects, hazard elimination (safety upgrading), signing, guardrail, intersections, drainage facilities, forms & reinforcing steel; concrete placement on structures, flexible & rigid pavement; assist in bituminous plants, perform test on concrete & soil; assist in surveying, etc.
Perform support functions in record keeping, maintain accurate data of work performed, organize materials, and compile information to assist in report preparation.
This is a temporary position involving various duties that will either supplement the student's major field of study and/or provide experience that is a useful addition to the student's education and meaningful preparation for future professional employment.Student will serve as an understudy or assistant on small projects, receives training on procedures & performs specific technical tasks as assigned (e.g., operates a PC & CADD (Microstation) system & can perform duties on them independently as well as call up, work with & insert files; copy, update & revise existing drawings on the CADD database; create new drawings into the CADD database using sketches &/or ports of preexisting drawings, some of which may be on CADD already), performs calculations.
