Reporting to the Director of Supply Planning, you will provide strategic direction and planning regarding the management of inventories at manufacturing facilities, copackers and distribution centers. You will direct the production master planning function for long-term scheduling, inventory planning, capacity planning and all deployment activities and help improve plant and IMC sourcing to deliver lost TDC. You will also achieve inventory, service and other S&OP metric improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 9 years of experience in a CPA firm, law firm, or corporate tax department.

Preferred qualifications:

Position Purpose: Manage and support the pre-proposal effort through a handoff to the RFP team, including supporting SWOT analyses and workgroups, developing a basic program catalog, and delivering a high-quality work product.

Manage and organize Teams and/or other knowledge capture databases, and manage pre-release RFP documents, including developing a standard set of written materials such as a basic program catalog, white papers, and FAQs to prepare proposal response team for upcoming RFP; provide quality assurance over pre-release activities and documentation

Develop project control documents and tools (RFP tool kits, templates, timeline, etc.) to support the pre-proposal process and mitigate risk; manage documents/tools and update/tailor them as needed for specific upcoming RFPs

Manage assigned projects that support the proposal development lifecycle, including tracking project status, leading workgroups and tracking action items, gathering updates/information, interpreting information provided, and following through until project closure

Support team-wide planning and pre-release meetings to develop and communicate identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

Support knowledge transfer and warm handoff to proposal lead, and participate in proposal lessons learned discussion and relate results to proposal outcome and customer debrief information in coordination with assigned RFP team

Coordinate with subject matter experts for data pull needs, and analyze RFP project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

Collaborate with health plans, Business Development, and other functional areas for pre-release activities; and communicate (written and verbal) project status with assigned project team and leadership

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field. 5+ years of experience with health plans, managing RFPs/grants, or managing complex projects. Experience with Medicaid programming and Medicaid RFPs preferred. Roughly 25% travel involved.
