Gather and synthesize project requirements, including functional, operational, and cultural considerations. + Enter and manage occupancy data within the system of record (Serraview). + Coordinate with operations contacts to prompt Quarterly Headcount Audits. Reminds and push operations to log into Serraview to perform the audit. + Coordinate with operations contacts on annual floorplan audits (may attend space walks for validation). + Partner with Costa Rica or execute accurate plan updates in Serraview yourself. + Assist in creating space plans, test fits, block plans, stack plans, and move lists. + Analyze utilization data by team and contribute to strategic scenario development. + Capture and analyze trends from previous building data compared to planned programs and actual built outcomes at project completion. (EXCEL!) + Provide End of Project analysis (e.g. Post - Occupancy surveys) + Facilitate reviews to confirm deliverables were executed, and client expectations met. + Conduct training sessions with operations on Serraview and data maintenance. + Organize project data to track benchmarks and KPIs for the client's portfolio. (i.e., import all raw data into excel tracker) + Work with cross-functional internal teams to execute workplace experience standards and customize change processes. + Gather and consolidate information (note taking) to support internal and client stakeholder meetings. Maintain organized presentations and reference materials. + Maintain and update internal communications and collateral templates AND tailor these templates to apply to site specific information (i.e. workplace or change differences between Dallas and NYC) + Follow change management roadmaps for multiple markets at once and track progress across all markets and deliverables. + Support the development and execution of engagement activities, including town hall presentations, communications, workshops, etc. to support the change process across multiple markets. + Gather quantitative and qualitative feedback throughout the program including end-of-project analysis, delivering detailed reports with recommendations to clients. + Build and nurture key relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels, gaining their buy-in to the change and leveraging their support as necessary and appropriate. + Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.
