Drive to maximize equipment availability by: Responding to down time events as necessary, identifying improvements to minimize or eliminate root causes, improve team response times, improve fault detection, improve action plans, and engage engineering or vendors to support all activities. Identify any actions that need to be taken and add them to the countermeasures tracking. If the event ends with an ICA it is required that a corrective maintenance work order be inputted into the work order system for the PCA and your manager must be notified. In all cases, the supervisor is responsible for verifying this has been done without delay. Engage the reliability engineer as necessary to drive PCA's Weekly Activities:Strive to meet all BPD goals, update individual metrics, and update all countermeasures Perform a minimum of one LOTO audit per week and upload to the tracking sheet Audit and sign off on team members' cart safety sheets Complete Leadership Standard Work Complete all scheduled layered audits Attend all scheduled team meetings unless excused by your manager.
