What you'll do...Develops, implements, and leads production operations across all automation shifts and schedules to maintain adequate inventory levels, maximize production efficiencies, and meet customer fulfillment requirements. Collaborates with site leadership and Home Office teams to develop weekly production plans that align with utilization goals and service level expectations. Drives strategies to ensure production quality by communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership, reporting changes in schedules, forecasts, and inventory (for example, shortages, overages, expedites). Utilizes multiple software systems to manage and track inventory, cycle time, and pallets designated for delivery to stores and clubs.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
Analyzes site performance and variances to identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance.
Monitors and improves key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, OEE, throughput, fault rates, cost per case).
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues.
Drives the execution of multiple business and financial plans and projects.

Education and Experience

Compensation: Applebee's Assistant Managers: $20.98 to $27.27 per hour, which is approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually based on a 50-hour work week. Potential for monthly bonus, where applicable by location.
