What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:
5-12 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with direct oversight of supervisors and hourly teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, empathy, and relationship-building-not authority alone.
Strong experience in stabilizing teams, improving accountability, and elevating cultural expectations.
Proven track record implementing KPIs, production management systems, and standardized processes.

Facilitate 5s projects to decrease waste, optimize productivity, maintain an orderly workplace and use visual cues to attain more consistent operational results.
Log any service issues in our issue resolution system and review issues daily with account managers. Resolve issues by due date.

Review and approve employee time sheets.
Leadership: Perform some work while on site. Pull some weeds, prune some suckers etc. Demonstrate servant leadership. Job Description
We are currently seeking a Director of Operations for our Midway, KY distribution center. The role will be primarily responsible for coordinating operations to ensure that customer service levels are met or exceeded and that financial goals are achieved.
