Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: • Oversee all aspects of daily operations including blending, packaging, and bulk chemical handling. • Ensure all production activities meet company's quality standards and product consistency requirements. • Maintain adequate raw material and finished product inventories in coordination with purchasing and sales teams. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, safety, and cost control. • Implement and enforce best practices for plant operations and equipment utilization. Regulatory & Safety Compliance: • Serve as the facility's primary contact for DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance. • Maintain all required documentation, training, and certifications for drivers and facility staff. • Conduct and document routine safety meetings, audits, and inspections. • Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling, storage, and transportation regulations. • Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes when required. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing management.
