This is a NIGHT SHIFT position responsible for monitoring and maintaining all equipment associated with and not limited to remote compressor stations, valve sites and pipelines. This position is responsible for the daily operational duties associated with and not limited to the process of gathering, and transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids. Some of these duties will include compressor and engine preventative maintenance, assisting with compressor and engine overhauls, station loss control, testing and monitoring of engine and compressor performance, maintaining, operating and repairing gas dehydration equipment, maintaining, operating and repairing all gas process equipment, from station inlet through station discharge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Operates production equipment, including engines, dehydration equipment, filter vessels, environmental controls, pumps, compressors, separators, free water knockouts, gas gathering systems, and central tank batteries.
+ Gauges tanks and checks pump action to maintain pipeline pressure within guidelines.
+ Collects fluid/gas samples and conducts production and fluid tests.
+ Provides maintenance and repairs to facilities and equipment.
+ Practice awareness concerning issues of health, safety and the environment.
+ Can include OQ-covered responsibilities similar to Pigging Technicians, Pipeline Operators, and Corrosion Technicians.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Valid Driver's License required
+ Must be able to pass drug test and background check
+ Must be able to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
SKILLS:
+ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS): Develops experience with software package with multiple maintenance functionalities such as equipment data management, preventative maintenance, work order system, scheduling planning, inventory control, asset tracking.

Job Description
Job Summary:
The Regeneration Operator 2 is a comprehensive role that encompasses both mobile equipment regeneration and facility-wide water management operations. This position requires expertise in chemical handling, resin regeneration processes, wastewater operations, and facility water balancing. The operator manages the complete cycle of resin handling, including unloading and reloading onto various mobile equipment types, while also overseeing and monitoring resin regenerations, wastewater treatment processes, and maintaining optimal water levels throughout the facility. Regenerator Operator 2 must be capable of serving as a backup shift lead, demonstrating leadership abilities and comprehensive understanding of all facility processes including dock operations, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Operating and monitoring regeneration equipment within proper equipment parameters
* Handling resin unloading and loading processes in trailers and regeneration vessels, and maintaining proper equipment parameters
* Manage the Waste Water process from regeneration activities, maintain balance of Deionized water for regeneration activities.
* Executing plant startup up and shutdown procedures
* Entering SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regenerations. The process of entering SAP production orders for mobile equipment and resin regenerations is a critical task within our operational framework. This involves meticulously inputting data into the SAP system to generate production orders that initiate and track the refurbishment and regeneration of our specialized mobile equipment and the vital resin used in our purification processes. This step ensures proper resource allocation, inventory management, and cost tracking, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of our facilities. Accurate and timely entry of these orders is paramount for maintaining equipment readiness and the continuous availability of regenerated resin, directly impacting our ability to meet production demands and maintain high-quality standards.
* Responsible for standard lab testing for quality control. Performing regular checks of equipment specifications, resin quality, and process effectiveness. Including tests but not limited to testing pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
* Diligent documentation of all activities, including completing checklists, recording performance data, and reporting equipment issues. (End of shift logs) (shift notes) Waste water tank discharge log
* Safety compliance is critical in following strict protocols, using appropriate PPE, and maintaining a clean work environment. Awareness of environmental hazards, such as chemicals they are working with, following all safety requirements when working with that chemical, follow the spill response plan and procedure.
* Strong communication with supervisors and team members, providing regular status updates and active participation in team meetings.
* Contribution to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements, participating in training, and staying updated with industry best practices.
* Assigning designated equipment to orders based on customer requirements and equipment specifications
* Frequently will operate forklift
* Other duties as assigned

Reporting to the Production Manager, Chemical Operator will be located at the company's headquarters and primary manufacturing location in Medina, OH location. This individual is responsible for assisting mixing/blending of materials, operation of process equipment, and related duties. Operate a forklift to stage materials
Complete production reporting and quality control reporting in a timely and accurate manner
