What You'll Do:

Job Overview
Operate a Landfill Gas to Renewable Natural Gas Plant “RNG” facility to maximize production. Operator will work closely with Plant Manager to conduct all plant routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs. The Operator will take ownership in plant performance and tackle challenges to help Operations Leadership achieve their goals. This is a hands-on role where a willingness to learn and commitment to safety culture will be crucial. Although this is a great role for an independent, self-motivated individual, you will not be alone! You will have an amazing team at your disposal to help you run problems to ground and actualize solutions. The plant will be managed and operated by three personnel - Plant Manager and two PlantOperators.

The Operator reports to the Director of RNG Operations.
Location
The Operator position is based out of Rougemont, North Carolina (Plant). The candidate should take up residence within 50 miles of the Plant.
Travel may be required to other Plants or Corporate office locations.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Operate and maintain the Plant and all associated equipment in a safe, detailed, organized, and presentable manner. Tasks may include housekeeping, weeding, or site maintenance, minor fabrication and the like.
· Manage, diagnose, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Remote and onsite assistance is available for unresolved issues.
· Learn to maximize SCADA utilization for predictive and proactive operations and maintenance.
· Perform maintenance and repairs on all major and ancillary equipment. Balance of plant equipment may include but is not limited to: site vehicles, gas analyzers, air compressors, gas compressors, radiators, air handling equipment, pumps, filters, flares, gas treatment equipment, and other site-specific equipment.
· Use the Operational Data Management System (ODMS) to track and record events, operational data, and daily “walk around” readings.
· Understand, follow, and assist with compliance regulations for the Plant. This may include record keeping, gathering data, performing inspections, keeping permits posted, maintaining compliance equipment, and meeting with inspectors.
· Respond to Plant callouts in a timely and professional manner (typically considered within 2 hours).
· Assist with training of coworkers or temporary Operators at the Plant.
· Travel to assist Operators at other Plants, backup or fill in for another Operator, or for training.
· Use ESI's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) where available. Recommend and assist in further SOP development.
· Maximize Plant efficiencies.

General Summary

Essential Functions

The primary function of the Fill PlantOperator is to break down cylinder pallets brought in from branches and sort the cylinders by size, color, date, gas, and damage onto pallets. The Fill PlantOperator will also fill cylinders with compressed gases and prepare shipments for the branches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Read Shortage Sheet or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments.
Transport cylinders to and from storage or sorting areas, loading docks, or delivery vehicles using forklift.
Sort cylinders based on date, valve inspection, arc burns, grease, competitor tanks, size, color, gas, dead ring check, and damage to appropriate pallets (retest, maintenance, or sorted gases) by rolling cylinders.
Loosen all cylinder caps for filler and release pressure on specified tanks.
Unload pallets of empty cylinders from route trucks as they come in using forklift.
Load pallets of full cylinders onto appropriate route trucks based on identifying information.
Support fellow members of the Gas Plant team and perform other related duties as required.
Prepare branch store orders.
Using the Branch Order Form, prepare pallets of cylinders for the stores.
Drive forklift to designated areas.
Load cylinders by rolling or carrying them to the pallets.
Ensure that all cylinder caps are tight.
Arrange cylinders into interlocking position and install ratchet straps to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
Transport full pallet to staging area using the forklift.

Job Overview
Operate a Landfill Gas to Renewable Natural Gas Plant “RNG” facility to maximize production. Operator will work closely with Plant Manager to conduct all plant routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs. The Operator will take ownership in plant performance and tackle challenges to help Operations Leadership achieve their goals. This is a hands-on role where a willingness to learn and commitment to safety culture will be crucial. Although this is a great role for an independent, self-motivated individual, you will not be alone! The plant will be managed and operated by three personnel - Plant Manager and two PlantOperators.

The Operator reports to the Director of RNG Operations.
Location
The Operator position is based out of Rougemont, North Carolina (Plant). The candidate should take up residence within 50 miles of the Plant.
Travel may be required to other Plants or Corporate office locations.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Operate and maintain the Plant and all associated equipment in a safe, detailed, organized, and presentable manner. Tasks may include housekeeping, weeding, or site maintenance, minor fabrication and the like.
· Manage, diagnose, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Remote and onsite assistance is available for unresolved issues.
· Learn to maximize SCADA utilization for predictive and proactive operations and maintenance.
· Perform maintenance and repairs on all major and ancillary equipment. Balance of plant equipment may include but is not limited to: site vehicles, gas analyzers, air compressors, gas compressors, radiators, air handling equipment, pumps, filters, flares, gas treatment equipment, and other site-specific equipment.
· Use the Operational Data Management System (ODMS) to track and record events, operational data, and daily “walk around” readings.
· Understand, follow, and assist with compliance regulations for the Plant. This may include record keeping, gathering data, performing inspections, keeping permits posted, maintaining compliance equipment, and meeting with inspectors.
· Respond to Plant callouts in a timely and professional manner (typically considered within 2 hours).
· Assist with training of coworkers or temporary Operators at the Plant.
· Travel to assist Operators at other Plants, backup or fill in for another Operator, or for training.
· Use ESI's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) where available. Recommend and assist in further SOP development.
· Maximize Plant efficiencies.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
· 1 - 5 years of Plantoperations and other related experience.

Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. They are local, regional and national resources of BELFOR. His competencies include electronics and machinery management, books and documents, as well as specialized drying. Delimit and dimension large losses and specify the systems of drying by heat and desiccant as appropriate. They have practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. They are proficient in the use of plans and floor plans and are familiar with the integration of heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems to enhance the drying systems. In CAT situations, advanced specialists can lead multiple teams and take on significant production responsibility. This position is level 4, the highest in the progressive route of Water Damage.
Responsibilities
Direct the teams in the use of the right PPE for the job.
Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered.
Provide appropriate field documentation, photographic records, charts and sketches for various TPA projects.
Using the acquired skills, draw sketches, read plans and floor plans, develop humidity content records, complete pyrometric records and determine the drying objectives.
Calculate the load (content) of humidity in a building, calculate the cubic meters of the affected parts of the building and request additional support in projects affected by large water losses.
Determine the electrical consumption of the drying equipment, the connection and operation of a 220/110 converter and the requirements of a temporary power source.
Perform daily inspections of vehicle safety and maintenance and keep these clean and in perfect conditions of use.

The professional will be obliged to comply with the standards of BELFOR to safeguard the property of other people.
Must have a deep knowledge of customer service, as well as the principles and practices of this.
Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines.
You will be periodically requested to travel and work at night and during weekends.
You must inform in a timely and accurate manner about the time worked and the equipment and consumables used.
Attend the operations sponsored by BELFOR and the security training courses that are necessary.
Requirements
Supervise and self-perform Water Damage Basic and Intermediate tasks
Perform all tasks related to managing large loss sites or specialized remediation requirements
Create moisture maps using tools and knowledge provided
Supervise multiple crews simultaneously on multiple projects
Select appropriate disposal options and get release of liability for disposed items
Qualifications
Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard
Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard
Carry current IICRC ASD designation
Must demonstrate mastery of BELFOR Water Damage Book
Must demonstrate proper use of appropriate meters and IR camera, understanding of affected vs unaffected building materials and contents.
Demonstrate an understanding of air mover calculation, LGR dehumidification chart; electrical power spec and electrical circuits
Demonstrate mastery in the use of HydroSensor, Thermal Hygrometer, NavPro Moisture Meter or equivalent and the recording of data Demonstrated experience and working understanding and proficiency of a building environment, thermodynamics, psychrometry, "Burping" a building, containment of HVAC supply and/or return air (CAT 3/Mold)
