Maintain PLC systems by ensuring backups of all programs are available and spare parts are available for the existing systems.
Extensive experience in troubleshooting, interpreting, modifying, and programming PLCs.
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
Experience using Control logic and ladder logic.
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots electrical devices in operation. Dismantles and examines devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairs or replaces defective parts.
Troubleshoots, designs, upgrades and installs electrical equipment, circuits, and systems.
Research supplies, parts, and machines needed to complete work orders.
Work with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot instrument and PLC problems.
Work with engineering personnel in determining routine changes to programming on the PLCs and HMIs.
Support projects involving PLCs by overseeing contractors and / or writing the PLC and HMI programming themselves.

to fill our growth. The ideal candidate will operate a crushing and screening plant while maximizing material production and minimizing plant interruptions and/or breakdowns. The applicant may also be used in performing other work assignments such as clean-up and operation of mobile equipment including loaders to cover vacations, absenteeism, or other production requirements (if necessary).
Functions/Duties:
Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and regular service on crushing and screening equipment daily as directed by supervisor.
Perform proper workplace examinations to minimize safety hazards and identify mechanical issues.
Assist the plant Supervisor with record keeping and daily production schedules for submitting reports on production and maintenance
General cleanliness of assigned equipment.
Perform pre-shift inspection, maintain equipment repairs/maintenance records, and ensure that records are turned in to your supervisor.
Assist with safety audits.
Some local travel within the valley may be required.
Must be qualified to work in a safety sensitive environment.
Perform other related duties as required.

Welding/torch cutting experience desired but not required.
