    Reporting to the Production Manager, Chemical Operator will be located at the company's headquarters and primary manufacturing location in Medina, OH location. This individual is responsible for assisting mixing/blending of materials, operation of process equipment, and related duties. They will maintain production records and ensure standard operating procedures are being followed. They will be required to comply with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. What You'll Do as a Water Restoration Technician As an entry-level Water Restoration Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience while working closely with our expert team to: Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services. Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation. Set up and monitor professional drying equipment. Accurately document progress using job management software. Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects. Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
