Position Overview
The Stormwater Treatment System Operator is responsible for the safe and compliant operation of the facility's stormwater treatment system, including all activities required to meet state issued permit requirements. What You Will Do

Communicate when necessary by telephone. (6) Enter hourly Boiler log readings and necessary reports.
When operating at low fire load (when Plywood is off line) Boiler Operator will most times be working alone. At these times Operator will handle fuel and clean fuel cells. Operator must check Boiler readouts at close intervals, (not more than every 15 minutes), and be alert for any alarms. Alarms are both audible and visual (flashing red light at Boiler front. Any alarm requires an instant response check of Boiler controls and readouts.
Continuous watch for spot fires especially in rafters, call for help to watch for fires after a flare up.
Make sure you understand company policy for fire watch
Become familiar with facility layout.
Always comply with Federal, State, and Company rules, policies, regulations and procedures.
Non-Essential Functions

USE OF SENSES
* Talking in Person/By Telephone/Two-Way Radio: Continually while communicating with Trackmobile Operator over radio (when stepping up to Switchman).
* Hearing: Continually. For radio communication with trackmobile and to hear sirens and alarms.
* Vision: Near/Far Vision: Continually. To see traffic and debris on track and moving equipment. Requires good peripheral vision and depth perception.
* Smell: Occasionally. To detect fire and fumes.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Must be able to communicate using hand signals and have both written and verbal communication skills.
* An ability to read and speak English and understand written and verbal instructions in English,
* Good balance and coordination as well as common sense.

Typical schedule Monday-Friday day shift, 40+ hours per week. As an Emergency Restoration company, we provide service 24 hours a day- 7 days a week. The days and time for employee schedules fluctuate upon job needs. Must be willing to work a rotating on call, including nights & weekends.

Production Lead Qualifications:
Effective oral and written communication and basic math skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration/construction

-Learn and utilize drying program on an iPad-Support Team Members
-Learn and perform proper techniques to remediate mold, lead, and other hazardous materials
