Should be a point of contact for any updates on the site Approximately half of the time should be spent on site following up on breakdowns, monitoring critical equipment on site, resolving issues at truckloading/kiosk. Should be able to use PSCL effectively to make sure the BOL's are printed and the trucks can leave in time. Responsible for understanding and executing standard operating procedures and ensuring proper response during normal and abnormal operating situations. Responsible for communicating process events to manager and on-coming shift team members. Co-ordinate with Maintenance Supervisors/maintenance team to address breakdowns and must decide the urgency of breakdowns so that normal operations are not affected. Filling up log sheets in detail, excel sheets and updating critical information on Whatspp group. Key Responsibilities: Perform general labor duties including digging, grading, and clean-up Use a shovel and other basic hand tools to assist with concrete placement and finishing Support concrete crews with setup, forming, and material handling Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow direction from supervisors and work as part of a team Qualifications: Experience with hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels, etc.) is a plus Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation to job site Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Prior construction or concrete experience preferred but not required Requirements:
