About the Role:
The Production Utility role at the Carrollton location is responsible for filling any vacant position on the production line in all production family jobs. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Provide coverage for the operators up to and including: Mixer, Mixer Helper, Ingredient Scaler, Line Operator, Machine Operator and all production family jobs
Primary focus will be providing coverage for the operators on the production line
Responsible for entering information into the data system (i.e. MII and SAP)
Physical ability to lift bins weighing 50-75 lbs daily; must be able to walk & stand for long hours during shift
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 6:00am to 230pm. Shift differential pay included.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The candidate must batch products using computer or manual controls, use a proper mix, make necessary raw material adjustments, and perform daily plant maintenance while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
This is a roving position, required to work at different locations in DFW area.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Efficiently batching concrete using computer or manual controls, adhering to proper mix designs, and making necessary raw material adjustments as directed by the Quality Control department are essential. A strong understanding of the correct application of each mix design is also essential.
+ Using computer or manual controls, efficiently batches product with proper mix and making necessary raw material adjustments. Understand the proper use of each mix design
+ Completes customer orders, schedule deliveries, paperwork and small plant maintenance. May run front end loader or other material handling equipment to charge plant with aggregate, sand or other materials. Assists plant management as needed with other duties as assigned. Ensures that safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
+ Effectively communicates with the drivers to efficiently complete customer orders.
+ Ability to schedule deliveries to meet the customer needs.
+ Performing daily plant maintenance, including manual lifting, shoveling, lubricating plant components, and making minor plant adjustments.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
+ **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Basic computer and mathematics skills
