P&K Stone LLC is looking for highly motivated Aggregate Plant Operators to bolster our Production Team. In this position you will have the opportunity to work in a high paced, performance driven environment with a proven team that is both capable and knowledgeable in High-Volume Aggregates Production.
Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
This position will operate the crusher as well as monitor conveyor belts and related equipment conveyance equipment.
Manually Operate the crushing and screening equipment operation.
Visually observe and monitor gauges and of all equipment while in operation to maintain proper flow of material on belts, crushers, and screens.
Maintain strong communications with all other plant employees to ensure efficient and safe workflow from quarry to crusher.
Identify appropriate material to produce quality aggregate material per job specifications.
Communicate with quality control and management personnel and assist in making required adjustments to material blends.
Perform routine maintenance on conveyor belts and crushing equipment including splicing, replacing idlers, pulleys, drive belts, bearings, changing of screens, cleaning, and lubrication.
Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockages, or end of shift; coordinate/assist in required repairs.
Operate telehandlers, skid steers and/or any other required equipment needed to perform the task at hand.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; MSHA Part 46 training a plus.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily operation, documentation, and housekeeping of compressor stations with reciprocating natural gas compressors
Responsible for completing and maintaining required reports and logs
Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain optimum availability, efficiency, and throughput
Responsible for performing minor maintenance on engines, compressors, dehydrators, vapor recovery units, flares, separators, slug catchers, air compressors, and cooling fans
Daily condensate tank liquid handling and truck scheduling
Work with craft personnel to ensure any equipment/system problems are resolved in a timely manner
Responsible for reporting, troubleshooting, and correcting abnormal operating conditions
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring activities of contract personnel assigned to the area
Identify emergency situations and initiate Emergency Response Procedures

The Sanitation Operator is responsible for execution of the bottling facility sanitation procedures and standards. Responsible for operating Mixer, Oven, and Fryers on the Production Lines within the specified guidelines to meet safety, efficacy, efficiency, and Quality. Perform other duties required by the Supervisor as necessary in order to produce a consistent product in a timely manner that meets all standards set forth by Barcel USA.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for following all aspects of company safety rules and procedures including helping informing management of any unsafe conditions.
* Follow all working guidelines instructed by the Barcel USA including the 5's protocol which is based on keeping the working areas clean and organized.
* Must be proactive with people safety.
* Must operate lines accordingly to specified guidelines to limited amount of waste.
* Must keep lines running at specified speeds.
* Must keep fryer operating accordingly in specification to avoid under cooked product or oil spills.
* Follow standard operating guidelines for fryer and oven.
* Help the Mixer Person in his/her duties: Opening bags, Mixing, Load/Unload mixer.
* Must be able to complete all paperwork according to Barcel USA requirements.
* Keep work area, tools and supplies clean, organized and sanitary throughout the work shift.
* Learn and be able to perform in all the other positions associated with the Process System.
* Follow all GMP's and Safety Procedures as outlined by Barcel USA.
* Performs other duties as requested by Group Leader.
* Flexible on work schedule and Overtime as requested.
* Meet the KPI goals set by Management for the line they are responsible for.
* Ensuring the compliance of GMP's, 5's, safety, OSHA, HACCP and FSMA in the raw materials area.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
* Reading, written and mathematical skills.
* All products will be handled with care in the appropriate manner, as outlined in the Barcel USA System in order to minimize loss in the food safety, quality, or appearance of the finished product.
* The Process area and tools will be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
* Equipment problems or malfunctions and accidents will be reported immediately to the Production Supervisor.
* Ability to work independently with a minimum supervision.
* Ability to stoop, kneel, climb, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, talk, hear, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
* Ability to frequently move objects up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to operate a pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.
* Ability to work well with the Barcel USA Team.
* Ability to move from one task to another with minimal distraction.

Manage all aspects of utility onboarding and other utility matters

Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma required plus 2+ years of general office or call center experience
HOA or property management experience a definite plus
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Organized with strong attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to take initiative, be independent and a self-starter
Effective project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
Good time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality
