Full-time Description At Hi-Way Paving, we are general contractors in the construction field that specialize in significant amounts of concrete paving, storm drainage, and excavation on highways and airfields. We're looking for Portable Concrete Plant Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll operate and manage batch plant equipment to mix concrete, cement, and aggregates, producing high-quality materials for airfield and highway projects. This is a travel-intensive position, requiring extended stays at active project sites, including Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, and future project locations, to support our slip-form concrete paving operations.
