Batch PlantOperator performs various tasks at the concrete batch plant but primarily will be loading ready mix concrete is to mixers.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain concrete batch plant in a clean, organized, and safe fashion.
Observe all safety precautions and rules specified by federal, state, and Company regulations.
Wear all PPE (hard hat, vest, safety glasses, work boots, etc.).
Perform walk around inspection of assigned equipment and repairs as needed.

* Supervise a shift of 10-15 maintenance staff
* Develop, counsel, motivate, and resolves associate relations issues. Provide a good working atmosphere. Conduct performance appraisals and monitor performance of all associates.

* Scrubs pots, pans, and cooking utensils, washes china and utensils in a dishwashing machine, and replenishes workstations with clean and usable items to ensure work efficiencies.
